Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 is a first-person horror puzzle game that continues the story inside the Playtime Co. facility. This chapter takes the player below the main factory and into Playcare, a large abandoned orphanage connected to the company’s past. The story begins after the events of Chapter 2, when the player reaches a deeper part of the factory complex. Playcare was once used as a place for children, but it is now empty, damaged, and filled with evidence of experiments. The chapter reveals more about Playtime Co., the children connected to the facility, and the toys that still remain inside. CatNap becomes the main threat, and his role is tied directly to the location’s history.
Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 does not have separate arcade-style levels. The chapter is structured as one connected horror environment with different sections of Playcare. The player moves through rooms, corridors, service zones, and themed areas while unlocking access step by step. Each new area adds a task, a puzzle, or a dangerous encounter.
